You would never hear that too often looked down at the phone screen to affect posture. The impact is the same as if your neck is occupied by children aged eight years. In addition, often looking at the phone screen to make eye strain and risk of eye irritation sight minus.

Mobile phones also disrupt sleep by exposure to light from the screen that changes the circadian rhythms of the body thereby increasing the risk of diabetes, cancer, and obesity. Reducing the use of mobile phones is not easy. Seeing the results of these studies, there is no harm if from now on we are wise when using a mobile phone.
