1. Avoid fizzy drinks

Carbonated beverages such as club soda, soda water and other sparkling drinks can irritate the bladder becomes sensitive. So, if you have OAB (overactive bladder), you should limit the amount you drink.

2. Caffeine

Coffee, tea, energy drinks, and cola can make you visit the toilet more often. Drinks containing acid can also affect the bladder. Try to drink decaf, low-acid coffee, herbal teas and non-citrus.

3. Choose white chocolate

Try to eat less chocolate, because these foods have caffeine and acid, and do not eat at night. But you can try to eat white chocolate, because the white chocolate has less caffeine.

4. Reduce consumption of types of citrus fruit

Oranges, grapes, clementines, lemons, and limes acidic and can make you more often to urinate, either directly by eating or drinking the juice.

5. Pineapple

You may know that the pineapple is not a wise choice, because it is acidic fruits such as citrus. If you want to add a tropical fruit to the dish, try using shredded coconut.

6. Tomato

Too much consumption of tomatoes can also interfere with your bladder and make OAB symptoms become severe. Thus, you subtract a tomato-based foods such as spaghetti sauce, chili, and soy sauce.

7. Alcohol

Beer, wine, alcohol, liquor of any sort makes you urinate more . It also interferes with brain signals to the bladder about when to go to the toilet.

8. Eat less sugary foods

Artificial sweeteners, sugar, and honey can add your symptoms. Reduce consume it and see what happens.
